WARNING: LONG POST!
I am so happy to be back and i can’t wait to catch up on all your lovely blogs! I think a lot of people thought i had gone away, but i was actually being a tourist in my own city (London) for a week. I decided after being in London for over ten years, it was time for me to venture around and just enjoy the lovely city. Actually, we were not just being tourists because i had two days for shopping and browsing around!
Day 1 of my shopping
I was running low on some of my beauty products so i decided to make my way to Harvey Nichols first. My intentions were just to get in, get the stuff and get out before temptation kicked in! The only problem is that i know quite a few people who work there as i shop there a lot and i also get my eyebrows done there (threading). So, ten minutes of shopping turned into 4 hours of chatting, a makeover at Shu Uemura counter and i finished with a drink at the juice bar to refill my energy levels.
I must admit that i was very impressed with the Shu Uemura makeover because she did a smokey eye look and i was transformed into a sex kitten! LOL. I have booked another session with them before going out for eyelashes extensions and to get the smokey eye look again because i don’t even know how to do it myself! I think it will be fun to get it done for a special occasion…..I am not sure if the eyelashes will stay on after i have had a few drinks though!
Hang on, i had gone there to get Escentric Molecules and a moisturiser but ended up buying something totally different! This is what i got in the end…

Products: YSL primer, YSL mascara and Shu Uemura eyelash curler
Day 2 of my shopping
Thanks to Haute world for reviewing Brick Lane vintage shopping area because it made me make my way there on day 2 of my shopping. I must admit that i am not patient when it comes to going through all those racks of clothes, but this time i was very keen to check it out. I visited Beyond Retro, absolute vintage, Rokit and The Laden Showroom. I was there for hours and i even stopped by in a little pub to have a drink before i continued browsing!
. Anyway, i was looking for some vintage calf studded boots (which i can wear with little dresses, skirts and skinny jeans) and a cropped leather jacket but i ended up buying 2 pairs of sunnies (one being YSL vintage sunnies), a large vintage clutch and a bandage dress (i will share this with you soon)

Items: Vintage YSL and oversized sunnies

Vintage large clutch (hmm, i am thinking of putting studs on it!)
Online shopping
I must look like such a shopaholic right? ha ha. Anyway, about 3 weeks ago, i was browsing on ebay just to check for a vintage camera but i couldn’t believe it when i saw someone had put a brand new pair of Stella McCartney wedges that i have been dying to get my hands on! These shoes sold out very quickly on NET A PORTER and i have been looking for them ever since, and hoping one day i will be reunited with them!
. I am so happy to have won the auction because i am such a Stella McCartney fan! So here they are…

The shopping didn’t stop there! I also bought this statement purple panther print necklace from Mawi. Most of you know i can’t live without my statement jewellery!

I would also like to thank the beautiful Sofie from Modediktat and the gorgeous Maury & Gisela from Heights of Fashion for giving me awards. Thank you so much girls!
Now i have to check out all your lovely blogs and catch up on my fashion magazines below…

Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
Hugs and kisses from me!
